LEVEL TWO TEACHING ASSISTANT PERMANENT & FIXED TERM VACANCIES

Base: Coast Academies at Cockington Primary School, Old Mill Road, Torquay.

Salary Details: Grade C – currently £8.74 to £9.01 per hour rising to £9.36 to £9.55 per hour wef 01 April 2019.

Hours:  31.25 hours per week: Monday to Friday during term time (8.45 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. which includes a 30 minute unpaid lunchbreak).

Cockington Primary School in Torquay has several permanent and fixed term Teaching Assistant positions available to start as soon as possible.  Each of the posts will include working within whole class settings; supporting groups of learners and providing support across part of the children’s lunchtimes. 

We are looking to recruit candidates who are flexible, energetic, enthusiastic and committed to making a difference to children’s learning. 

Applicants should possess an NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant in School Support qualification or equivalent qualifications or experience.
